KENNETH Womack wrote book about Mal Evans. I didnt know Mal Evans was the one brought Badfinger to Apple! (and "no matter what" in mono at 0400; da ballz!). Mal Evans tragically died 5 Jan 76; I WAS sober, after "refigerator rappin'" 31 dec 75 ("I was drinkin' Budwesier and brandy/and also anything that handy")...I dried out til my 20th birthay but was so "Mad at the world"< I became "The Marines,Him?"....ok gotta do my Slovenian interview: "Amerika First mofos!".

Besides entering kindergarten/drinkin' Camp Lejeune water and yellin' at the neighbour kids to "go home!"("Kenne, you were a punk!"-Miss Lyn,1977,NSA going through garbage)...KENfushicous (KENfused) sez: "Granted, each Anklin Dan gig is "gonna be EPIC" BUT will it be as Epic as a 1961 Buddy Greco album? (add photo of Buddy)"...

saturday 25 Nov 2023. WHRB Hillbilly at harvard. 1000 or so. WordPress.com lists "Lincoln and "acoustic pals" live in 1992! 7 Nov 1992 was date of this classic recording; I was a 18 Adrian street newlywed and both second wife and the gruberger Brothers Still alive and well as was John lincoln Wright. The beauty of this archive broadcast was all the "Dead Boston Clubs' mentioned "it's the 20th anniverary of the SourMash Boys and we all gonna play the Middle east"; I was playing the bakery earlier in the year but also the Kirkland cafe was startin' up boston had a GREAT 'alt-country' scene then too...well, that was MY Saturday! ("Livin' in the past", playing one-legged flute!)"......

This 45 released may 1968 from Jerry Lee's Another place, Another Time album on Smash, a 1968 release. TOTAL flashback! I still remember seeing Jerry Lee push away the piano stool and dry-hump piano post Woodstock/pre-kent State, meaning I;d bought On the Road same tyme 8th grade (future GizMogul Bob Richert was destined to graduate SUNY brockport NY same tyme as "four dead in ohio". My drinking career didnt start til haloween '73 (Southern Comfort coz I AM janis Joplin's cuzzin!) but what a great song/album this is! back to the future: traded all my Jerry Lee country albums to Solomon Gruberger for British Invasion albums I hadnt yet heard like Sonny Boy Williamson with the yardbirds (on Mercury) OR Hollies "King Midas in reverse"...."My Head's in '73" b/w "In my room"!"

day of Thor 1 dec 2023. waiting for Union Square tube, family tree dna notified me my mother had a new DNA match; Harrison (England) 1300 years ago equal 1023 AD, before Norman invasion. To celebrate, got wired on coffee at the Independant and had a $20 ploughman's platter, which I jolly well recommend. Supper music was Hendrix's "Spanish castle magic" and heading to the loo was Jimi's "Voodoo Child (slight return)"....well, that was MY fun, at least"
