OK folks so things at The Abbey got jostled around a bit but they are working
hard to get everyone rescheduled and all that…so…This TUESDAY, Nov 1ST…start
the month off right and go see Red Invasion!!
(They are on at 9:45)…along with Casket Life,
The Curses and The
Genders…..also Doom Buggies are
at The Abbey this Thursday 11-3
with Monique Ortiz and then Coffin
Lids CD Release party is now this Friday, November 4th
and they are sharing the bill with The Lyres and Thee Monkey Butlers… ..then on
to next week coz it's a good week...Friday, November 11th is the
Mach 5 CD Release Party at the Abbey!!!
Their new CD; "Meet Mach V" is on Lawless Records
and is available for purchase now by sending a $10 ppd (what
a bargain!!) to: Eric Law , PO Box 689, Hingham, MA 02043-0689…or buy it straight
from one of the members of the band at the release party!! Oh yes my friends,
the handsomest band in Boston is primed for chaos as always….so get yr butt down
there…then the next night is Saturday, November 12th…..….we got
the Opening Reception of for my art show with
photographer Kristian Peters; "Negative
Sex and Untold Secrets" …..we'll be showing Kristian's photos and my
Pastel paintings and Collages!! we'd LUV to see you all at the Zeitgeist in
Inman Square Cambridge,so we'll have BOOZE, FOOD,
ART and sexy Monique Ortiz (of
Bourbon Princess) to keep you entertained…….the opening is 3-6PM and then
you can make a night of it by heading to dinner someplace say like Bukowski's
(read our review here)
or The S & S or The East Coast Grill if you got the dough...it's also an awesome
night for shows in town: The Dents and Curses
are at The Middle East UP, TT's in Central Sq hasThe
Konks, Triple Thick and Bomp
Recording artists Black Lips and
we also got Reddy Teddy and Foxpass
are out at the Attic in Newton but don't party too hard coz the next night...wow!:
